Yes — all facials can be adjusted to your skin type. We recommend a pre-service consultation and, if needed, a patch test. We’ll choose gentler alternatives for sensitive or reactive skin.

Q4. Does this package include hair care along with skincare?
Yes — the final (third) session includes L’Oréal Hair Spa and hair trimming. Additional hair services (styling, treatments) can be added as optional extras depending on your needs.

Q5. How does this package ensure the glow lasts until the wedding day?
The staggered approach builds skin health over time and times the final glow treatments close to the wedding (two days prior), reducing the chance of fading. To help maintain results, follow our recommended aftercare: gentle cleansing, daily moisturiser, sunscreen, avoid harsh scrubs, and the products we suggest between sessions.

Others:

• Heels cracks cannot be recovered in single session. 
• Underskin or very small size hairs cannot be removed by waxing. 
• Please avoid waxing and manicure-pedicure at or around injury, cut, wounds, or fungal infection part of your body.
• We recommend a facial once a month. 
• Sunscreen application is recommended after a facial especially while going outside. 
• Steam is not included during summers and monsoon.
