Scope and Definitions
Terms and Conditions are made by The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand (as defined hereinafter) and shall apply to your use of services (as defined hereinafter) provided through our Site/ or Application (as defined hereinafter)
Visitors or clients or members are hereby allowed to use the services, subject to acceptance in full, of the conditions mentioned herein below and any other conditions as specified by The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand from time to time on the Application/ and or the Site.
Defined Terms “Application” shall mean such mobile applications which are owned, maintained and operated by The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand and all screenshots, pages appearing, appended, available alongwith such mobile applications. “Conditions” mean these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand as notified on the Site and / or the Application. “The Beauty BAE” shall mean the brand name under The Beauty BAE Services and having it’s registered office at E-18, Jawahar Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, India who owns, operates and maintains the Site and Application. “Privacy Policy” shall mean such privacy policies published on the Site and /or the Application alongwith these Terms and Conditions.
Variation of the Conditions, Site, Application and Service
The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand reserves the right to change, modify or amend any or all of the conditions at any time without any prior notice. In addition, The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand may vary or amend the services provided through the Site/ and or Application, functionality of the site and / or Application and/ or the “look and feel” of the Site and / or the Application at any time without notice and without any liability towards the registered Members on the Application. Any modification to the Site, Application, Services or Conditions shall come into effect as soon as such changes are published on the Site and / or the Application. Members shall be deemed to have accepted any varied conditions in the event that they use any services offered through the Site or the Application following publication of the varied conditions. However, changes will not apply to any bookings which have been made prior to publication of the varied conditions
Use of Service
In order to use the service, each member must create a User Account and shall agree to provide any information requested by The Beauty BAE.
Disclaimer of Liability
All appointments are subject to availability of operators and service slots. In case of any issue, every attempt will be made to inform the customer and our liability will be limited to rescheduling the appointment to the next convenient available time slot.
User Provided Information
When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide your;
a) Name, email, and other social media login information;
b) Information you provide us when you contact us for help,
c) Transaction-related information, such as when you make appointments, responds to make any offers, or download or use application from us;
d) Credit card information for purchase and use of the Application;
e) Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information. The more information you provide, the better benefits you may derive from the services provided through this Application as it helps in defining your professional identity. It enables us to serve you relevant content, our suggested/ recommended services or offers as we deem fit. We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time and to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions or offers. We may also use your information to understand trends and statistics, conduct research surveys and analyses to evaluate the services or products you use or purchase through us; make any improvisations; develop new features and tools, for correcting technical glitches, or for audit purposes. When you provide us with your location information, we may use it to help our artists to reach you on time.
Membership Eligibility
Use of the Website and/or the App as well as other services provided by The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand are available only to persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website/App or place orders telephonically. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of the Website/App and shall not transact or use the Website/App or avail any Services. It is however clarified that whilst registering as a member of the website or placing any order telephonically, The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE as its brand shall solely rely upon the information provided by you and representations made. In the event the information provided is found to be incorrect, you undertake to indemnify The Beauty BAE and hold The Beauty BAE harmless against any third party civil or criminal claim.
The Beauty BAE is not liable for any loss or damage of any personal belonging and reaction to skin or hair. Offers/ Packages need to be redeemed within stipulated duration of time or they hold expire by default. You will receive transaction related and promotional SMS’es. User’s Obligations
By choosing to opt for a home service, you understand and agree that while our aim is to deliver a great service experience every time, there are certain obligations on You as Customer as well. (i) You shall be liable to make complete payment for all services availed as per the invoice presented to you after use of services which shall include service fees, product costs and statutory taxes. (ii) You shall ensure that there is no misuse, soiling and/or damaging of any of the devices/products (technical and/or non-technical) used by the technicians. (iii) You shall not at anytime ask the technician to commit/omit doing any act that is contrary to the model adopted by the technicians in course of rendering services. Our technicians have the right to refuse a service request from the customer for any reason whatsoever. In case of any grievance in this regard, you are advised to kindly contact our customer care for complaints and assistance. (iv) You or any member within your home premise, shall not at any point misbehave with our technicians, harass or use abusive language or use physical violence and/or behave in any manner that is unlawful. In the event you are unhappy with the services, you may ask our technicians to leave, followed by lodging a complaint/feedback on our Website/App. We will get back to you with specialized assistance within 24 hours of receipt of the message.
The Beauty BAE Services and/or The Beauty BAE endeavors to provide a comfortable and flawless experience to all its customers. However, in case of any loss or damage suffered by the customer arising directly out of the technician's fault and solely attributable to the negligence of the technician in course of rendering services, the total liability of The Beauty BAE shall in all cases be limited to an amount not exceeding Rs 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) subject to a detailed enquiry and inspection by The Beauty BAE. The Beauty BAE shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services in case such damage is incidental, punitive, and consequential.
The beauty BAE encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of their belongings. In case any items or belongings of the Customer is found to be missing post availing services, the customer shall have to notify The Beauty BAE within twenty four (24) hours from the time of availing such services. The Beauty BAE shall try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.
If the customer suspects any wrongdoing (legal or illegal) or has any complaint in respect of the services or regarding the technicians, the customer is encouraged to inform The Beauty BAE of the same in writing within 24 hours of using the Services of The Beauty BAE. The Beauty BAE shall not be liable for the conduct of its technicians.
Cancellation Policy
In the event the Customer has booked a service on the Website/App and made an online payment for same, The Beauty BAE shall send a message using Short Messaging Service (SMS)/Whatsapp to the designated contact number of such customer, confirming such services and acknowledging such payment. In the event the customer cancels the appointment, once the payment for the same is made, the customer shall have the following options for refund: (i) Refund of entire amount paid in to the designated bank account of such customer. This may take up to 14 working days depending on the bank of the customer. (ii) Refund of entire amount paid into the The Beauty BAE Wallet of the customer. The amount shall remain in the customer's wallet and may be redeemed by the customer on their next purchase.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, The Beauty BAE owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and in the Website/App, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions (whether patentable or not), goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks. You acknowledge and agree that You shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Website/App belonging to The Beauty BAE without obtaining an express authorization from The Beauty BAE.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly clarified that You will retain ownership and shall solely be responsible for any content that You provide or upload when using any Service, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video or any other material which You may upload, transmit or store when making use of our Services. However, with regard to the product customization Service (as against other Services like blogs and forums) You expressly agree that by uploading and posting content on to the Website/App for public viewing and reproduction/use of Your content by third party users, You accept as the User whereby You grant a non-exclusive license for the use of the same.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your location and information about the way you use the Application.

From time to time, we may make certain third party offers available through our Application. If you choose to accept such an offer, we will disclose your contact and billing information to the third party who made the offer available to you.
