Q1. Why is the package divided into two sessions?
A two-seating structure lets you build basic skin health early and finish with a precise, last-minute polishing. The first session prepares and corrects (deep cleansing, anti-tan care), while the second session perfects the look just before the wedding day.

Q2. Can I reschedule sessions closer to my wedding day?
Yes — sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability. Please notify us as early as possible (ideally 48–72 hours in advance) so we can accommodate timing changes.

Q3. What are the benefits of spacing treatments a month apart?
Spacing provides: better skin recovery, cumulative improvements (pigmentation/tan reduces over weeks), proper timing for waxing cycles, and avoids overstressing the skin right before the wedding.

Q4. Is the hair spa included in both sittings?
In the standard 2-seating plan, the L’Oréal Hair Spa is included in the second (final) session. If you’d like hair treatments earlier as well, we can add them to the first seating on request.

Q5. How does this differ from the 3-seating bridal package?
The 2-seating plan offers a balance between a single intensive session and a full 3-step regimen. The 3-seating package spreads care further for deeper treatment cycles (better for long-standing skin concerns). Choose 2 sittings if you want both prep and a last-minute finish without the extended schedule.

Others:

• Heels cracks cannot be recovered in single session. 
• Underskin or very small size hairs cannot be removed by waxing. 
• Please avoid waxing and manicure-pedicure at or around injury, cut, wounds, or fungal infection part of your body.
• We recommend a facial once a month. 
• Sunscreen application is recommended after a facial especially while going outside. 
• Steam is not included during summers and monsoon.
